Raj Prasad brings over 20 years of executive-level experience across national and multinational companies, both in Australia and overseas. His professional background spans a broad range of disciplines including financial control, logistics, human resources management, and management accounting. Raj’s core expertise lies in cost and process accounting and management, particularly within large, complex manufacturing and distribution organisations. He has been instrumental in designing and implementing integrated systems and processes across various corporate environments. Throughout his career, Raj has made significant contributions to industries such as banking and finance, oil and gas distribution, glass manufacturing, food production, electronics manufacturing, and power systems. His work in these sectors has solidified his reputation for strategic operational insight and financial acumen. After transitioning from employment, Raj spent 15 successful years as an independent financial advisor and the sole director and principal of a multi-service business offering accounting and taxation, mortgage broking, and financial advisory services. By 2015, his firm had grown its client base to over 6,500, with funds under management exceeding $100 million and a combined commercial and residential mortgage book surpassing $50 million. This remarkable growth was a testament to the strength and dedication of his family-oriented business model. Due to increasing regulatory complexity and the need to maintain high professional standards across diverse business streams, Raj made a strategic decision in 2015 to divest the financial planning and mortgage broking arms of the business. Since then, his primary focus has been on taxation, accounting, and business advisory services. Raj’s diverse experience encompasses a broad array of financial and consulting disciplines, including taxation and accounting, auditing, business consulting, business valuations, due diligence, and management accounting. Leveraging this extensive background, Raj is uniquely positioned to support small and emerging enterprises requiring guidance across multiple operational areas. His comprehensive corporate experience enables him to add value to medium and large organisations, regardless of their geographic reach, industry, or scale. Outside of his professional life, Raj is an avid golfer who embraces life with enthusiasm. He is actively involved in the Fijian Indian community in Sydney and has served as the President of the Arya Pratinidhi Sabha of Australia. Karishma Prasad

Karishma completed a BCOM in Accounting & Information Systems and specialisation in Professional Accounting. Later, she completed her Master’s degree in Applied Finance. She is a registered tax agent. Karishma has been part of Platinum Accountants & Advisors Pty Ltd over 15 years. Karishma is the managing partner in the family-owned and operated tax and accounting and tax practice. She is the backbone of the compliance, client services, and advisory business and manages the whole team. She is a highly motivated and independent operator who is adaptable to changes within a dynamic technological environment. She has strong analytical skills, is capable of multi-tasking, and has highly competent problem-solving abilities. She is the backbone of Platinum. Karishma is highly focussed on quality & is results orientated. The clients’ deadlines are a high priority for her. She is highly tuned in and uses her broad-based knowledge to plan, pre-empt, and strategise work through expanding client network. She has an aptitude for working with details and the ability to appreciate the "big" picture. Clients like her advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, along with the ability to formulate practical solutions to give clients value and unique solutions. She faces broad base clients of all sizes & industries and occupations, providing professional advice in all aspects of accounting, finance, compliance, and taxation. She has a very broad experience in the accounting and taxation industry, with in-depth knowledge of the emerging technologies in accounting & taxation. Her passion is spending time with her family particularly her two children and doing all things mothers do. Life is always a challenge but one challenge that she is happy to take on.
